AF65 contactors are designed for controlling power circuits up to 690 V AC and 220 V DC, and are primarily used for operating 3-phase motors as well as non-inductive or slightly inductive loads. These contactors feature advanced AF technology with an electronic coil interface that accepts a wide control voltage range. Just four coil variants are needed to cover voltages from 24 to 500 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 20 to 500 V DC, allowing a single coil to adapt to different global voltage requirements without the need for replacement. AF65 contactors efficiently handle large voltage fluctuations, ensuring reliable performance even in unstable power networks. They also include built-in surge protection, removing the need for additional suppressors and offering a compact solution. With a 1-stack, 3-pole block-type design, these contactors are easy to expand using front or side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks. The auxiliary contacts are mechanically linked and compliant with IEC 60947-5-1 (Annex L) and include N.C. mirror contacts in accordance with IEC 60947-4-1 (Annex F). Operable with both AC and DC control circuits, AF65 contactors are compatible with a wide range of accessories, offering flexibility for various applications.
