The AF16 contactors are designed for controlling power circuits up to 690 V AC and 220 V DC, making them ideal for applications such as controlling 3-phase motors and non-inductive or slightly inductive loads. Featuring an electronic coil interface, they support a wide control voltage range from 24 to 500 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 20 to 500 V DC with just four coils, allowing seamless global compatibility without requiring coil changes. These contactors can handle large control voltage variations and include built-in surge protection, eliminating the need for additional suppressors. The AF series 1-stack 3-pole contactors have a block-type design with three main poles and one built-in auxiliary contact, along with the option for front and side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks. The auxiliary contacts are mechanically linked, compliant with IEC 60947-5-1 Annex L, while the normally closed (N.C.) mirror contacts meet IEC 60947-4-1 Annex F standards. Designed for AC or DC operation, they are compatible with a wide range of accessories.
