The AF26 4-pole contactors are designed to control power circuits up to 690 V AC and 440 V DC, making them suitable for non-inductive or slightly inductive loads such as resistance furnaces. These contactors feature an advanced electronic coil interface that supports a wide control voltage range (Uc min. to Uc max.), with just four coil variants covering voltages from 24 to 500 V AC (50/60 Hz) and 20 to 500 V DC. This allows a single coil to be used globally across various voltage levels without needing replacement. AF contactors are capable of handling significant voltage fluctuations and come with integrated surge protection, eliminating the need for external suppressors. The AF series 4-pole contactors are of a compact block-type design and include 2 normally open (N.O.) and 2 normally closed (N.C.) main poles. They can be extended with front and side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks, featuring mechanically linked auxiliary contacts compliant with Annex L of IEC 60947-5-1, and N.C. mirror contacts in accordance with Annex F of IEC 60947-4-1. These contactors are suitable for both AC and DC control circuits and are compatible with a wide range of accessories.
