AF52 contactors are designed for controlling power circuits up to 690 V AC and 220 V DC, making them ideal for operating 3-phase motors as well as non-inductive or slightly inductive loads. Featuring advanced AF technology, these contactors include an electronic coil interface that supports a wide control voltage range. With just four coil variants, they cover voltages from 24 to 500 V AC (50/60 Hz) and 20 to 500 V DC, allowing a single coil to be used globally without the need for replacement. AF52 contactors effectively handle significant voltage fluctuations and ensure reliable performance, even in unstable power networks. Integrated surge protection eliminates the need for external suppressors, resulting in a more compact and efficient design. The AF series utilizes a 1-stack, 3-pole block-type construction and can be easily expanded with front or side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks. These auxiliary contacts are mechanically linked, complying with IEC 60947-5-1 (Annex L), and include N.C. mirror contacts as per IEC 60947-4-1 (Annex F).
