The AF52 4-pole contactors are designed for controlling power circuits up to 690 V AC and 440 V DC. They are ideally suited for managing non-inductive or slightly inductive loads, such as resistance furnaces. Equipped with an advanced electronic coil interface, these contactors support a wide control voltage range (Uc min. to Uc max.). Just four coil versions cover control voltages from 24 to 500 V AC (50/60 Hz) and 20 to 500 V DC, enabling global compatibility without the need for coil replacement.
AF contactors efficiently handle wide variations in control voltage and come with built-in surge protection, eliminating the need for additional suppressors. Featuring a block-type design, the AF series 4-pole contactors include four normally open (4 N.O.) main poles and support front and side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks.
The auxiliary contacts are mechanically linked in compliance with Annex L of IEC 60947-5-1, and the N.C. mirror contacts conform to Annex F of IEC 60947-4-1. These contactors operate on both AC and DC control circuits and are compatible with a wide range of available accessories, making them highly versatile for various applications.
